Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, which should not have been tampered with in any way. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kingsbridgechocolate.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, unless the products are damaged, not as described or there is a delay in delivery, in which case we will reimburse you for any reasonable costs you incur in returning the products to us (and will also reimburse you in full for the price of the products, together with any applicable delivery charges).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
While we hope our deliveries will arrive in perfect condition and on time, there may be times that they do not arrive within the time frame you paid for, or are damaged on arrival.
Please inspect your order when you receive it, and email us at info@kingsbridgechocolate.com immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received an incorrect item. We will be happy to offer a refund or replacement product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please obtain a Proof of Postage when returning your goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
We will process your refund as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of having sent the goods back.
We will refund the price of the products in full. Please note however that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling in a way which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
